Once the home has been sited ,our "internals" team follow us and carry out a full Post Delivery Inspection (PDI), wherein we carry out our unique 100 point checklist on the home, and rectify issues and potential problems on the spot.
The home is then cleaned and vacuumed out
This ensures that the home is in the best possible condition for your clients, and vastly reduces the likelihood of any after sales/snagging issues.

For a small outlay, our experienced team will fully prepare the unit with any furniture provided, but also add an individual touch by dressing the unit with co-ordinated soft furnishings, pictures, curtains, ornaments, blinds, and kitchenware etc.... thus turning the unit into a home!
This ensures that the unit looks at its very best for potential customers, and will certainly make it stand out from others when it comes to that all important sale
